The Tepper Rally of late 2010, early 2011 was predicated on the world waking up to what David had already realized - the Fed is hellbent on getting asset prices to rise and it would be foolish not to play along.

This morning the hedge fund manager made a return appearance on CNBC's Squawk Box. In the clips below, he talks about the European put that no one is talking about, the trillion dollars a year in cash the Fed is throwing at the markets and the state of the economy.
