30,000

Just noticing that while I was away I quietly passed through the 30,000 follower mark on Twitter. This is a fairly meaningful milestone for me because I did it without cheating or buying followers or playing any games. I think I earned it.

I genuinely care about what I put out there and I derive a ton of value from interacting with all of you on the stream. I've got many real-life connections and friendships that began on Twitter and StockTwits. It is the first place I go each morning to see what's happening in the markets and the world, it's the only place I go to for breaking news and event coverage. I get to see what the smartest people from around the world are thinking and debating in real-time each day, a mind-boggling gift from the gods that a century of investors before me could never have imagined.

So thank you for following and conversing with me each day. I hope we are all helping each other and growing as both investors and as people.
