MSSB Reps Fired Up Over Technology Glitches…

I have a lot of friends and acquaintances at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, around the country and here in NYC. The past few weeks have seen a ton of media coverage concerning tech issues, integration problems and so on.
My post today at the Wall Street Journal addresses it all and takes the view that the reps should lay off while management does its best to put together two giant firms, not an easy task...
This is the very first time I’ll be taking the side of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney executive leadership here on this page. (But don’t get used to it). And for the record, most of my friends at MSSB agree with what I’m about to say as well.
