ETF League Table, August 2012

Index Universe does a really great job with keeping us up on who's managing what in the fund world.  Here's the top players in their ETF League Table, updated as of August 7th:

I'm amazed there are as many top tier players as they are.  I wouldn't be surprised to see some tie-ups or outright mergers here as competition continues to be brutal on vanilla index products and higher-margin funds fail to gain traction.
