Upside Trader’s 9/11 Remembrance
- Joshua M Brown
- September 10th, 2010
Somehow I missed Joe Donahue's 9/11 remembrance when he posted it around this time last year but it doesn't matter, it should be read this year and every year thereafter.
I was working in midtown and living on the Upper East Side during September 11th. I lost some people and was impacted like all New Yorkers and most Americans. Joe on the other hand was living in Battery Park City, in the shadow of the World Trade Center, and working in the North Tower.
His account of that day and his explanation of what the neighborhood meant to him personally and professionally is pure authenticity, just like everything else Joe does day in and day out on his site Upside Trader and on StockTwits.
I won't excerpt any of it here because I want you to click over and read the whole thing.
Thanks, Joe.
